We’ve got a new product to tell you about, Brothers Bittersweet Apple Cider. Yes, we’re being completely revolutionary and making a cider with some apples.
We have selected Bitter Sweet apples to make this cider, because our old family recipe says these are the best apples for making cider. Having tasted the cider we have to agree with them.
Our Bittersweet Cider is high in Tannin but low in acidity, for you this means it will be a refreshing crisp medium dry cider. We have kept the ABV fairly high at 5.5% to ensure that it delivers on flavour when you drink it.
If you would like to try some (and we recommend you do) it is now available in Morrisons in 500ml bottles, it should be sat next to our bottles of Festival Pear Cider.
what would be cool at an event like Glastonbury would be to have a huge huge Ice botlle and in it you have the latest brothers cider, at the bottom you have a tube where by the the cider flows out.
Its cold refreshing and ready to drink., I bet it cant be done
